Student-Artist Fellowship
Our 15 month fellowship includes an 8-week summer training program that prepares 15 Philadelphia high school students for potential careers as music entrepreneurs. Following the summer training, students will intern with one of our studio partners and participate in monthly workshops to further develop their music and business portfolios.
We believe that we can inspire a cohort of music professionals to confidently pursue art as an active or passive stream of income. Teaching students the necessary music and entrepreneurial skills while providing them with real experiential learning highlights accessible careers and pathways to success in the recording music industry. We introduce young music producers to community resources, local organizations, and prospective artist that can help jumpstart their music businesses.
